Unique collection of yew trees
The Norrpada archipelago is known for its high, bare hillocks, covered with undergrowth and surrounded by lush, deciduous forest, verging on the exotic. During the summer, plants such as Solomon’s seal and wild garlic can be found. Norrpada also has a collection of yew trees, which is unusual for the archipelago.
Stimulating natural environment with good anchorages
The Norrpada archipelago has an interesting landscape, alternating between hilly sections and low-lying, dense and almost impenetrable thickets. The natural harbours are unusually well-protected for the outer archipelago.
