The Möja archipelago
The Möja archipelago is quite difficult to access, and the sporadic network of paths in some places passes private properties, which we urge people to respect. The simplest way to reach Björndalen is from the steamboat jetty at Dragedet, which belongs to Dragedet village association.
The nature reserve has a varied, attractive archipelago landscape, which gives a taste not only of idyllic central archipelago scenery, but also the barren and exciting outer archipelago. There is evidence of human activity all over the islands in the form of old cultivated areas and grazing. Yet still there are vast areas that are untouched, including hills with pine forest and almost impenetrable marshland.
