The reserve has many beautiful marked paths through the varied landscape. Parts of the reserve can be accessed by people with disabilities. Käringboda, southwest of Nynäshamn, is accessible by car or bus.
This is the place to come for a ramble. There are 7-8 trails here with marked paths. They take you through forest and pastureland, and there are some fantastic viewpoints in places. The most popular spot is Vinsberget, which was once an important link in the beacon system along the coast. From there you can look down over the whole of Södertörn, out over the water as far as Landsort. There are plenty of berries and mushrooms here during late summer and autumn.
